This policy explains the cookies and similar browser-storage technologies used on the Hotelnity public website and how you can control analytics.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of information that a website can store or read on a user’s device. Similar technologies, such as local browser storage, can remember settings or record a user’s choice.
2. Analytics is opt-in
Hotelnity uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage only after the user actively accepts analytics. The Google Analytics tag is not loaded before that choice.
Accepting analytics is optional and is not required to browse the website or submit the demo/contact form. Rejecting analytics does not reduce access to Hotelnity.
3. Google Analytics cookies
After consent, Google Analytics 4 can set first-party cookies such as _ga, used to distinguish users, and _ga_<container-id>, used to preserve session state. Google documents a default expiration of up to 2 years for these cookies, subject to browser restrictions and the Analytics configuration in force.
We use Analytics to measure aggregate website usage and meaningful interactions, including successful demo requests. We do not use Hotelnity’s analytics implementation for advertising or profiling.
4. Remembering and changing your choice
Hotelnity stores your analytics choice in local browser storage under the key hotelnity.analytics-consent.v1 so the banner does not need to be shown on every visit. We renew the request after a maximum of 24 months.
You can reopen the analytics choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. If you withdraw consent after previously accepting analytics, Hotelnity stops loading Analytics on the next page load and attempts to remove known _ga cookies from the current domain.
5. Third-party websites
Links from Hotelnity to Neocody or other external websites lead to separate services. Their use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by their own policies, not this Hotelnity Cookie Policy.
6. Browser controls and contact
Most browsers allow you to inspect, delete or block cookies through their privacy settings. Browser controls operate independently from the Hotelnity preference shown on this website.
